• Description: Offers short-term, intensive home-based therapeutic services for youth, ages 3 to 20 and their families. Provides immediate treatment and ongoing support. These services include:
  • individual counseling
  • family counseling
  • case management
  • 24-7 crisis call availability
  Program is available for up to six months and aims to prevent the need for placement of youth in group homes and higher-level facilities.
  
  Note: To ensure continued health and safety of participants, families, and staff, we continue to take COVID-related precautions by conducting health screenings prior to in-person contact, offering telehealth as an option, and following CDC guidance around masking.
